Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
Print-on-Demand Products All RESTERATION products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at resterationtrades@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your refund is approved, you will be notified by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at resterationtrades@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
